CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERN (FEMALE)


Job Summary

The selected candidates would assist the Operations Coordinator in handling inbound telephonic, email & social media-based queries of the company's clients (teachers & students), with the aim to resolve issues in conjunction with the technical team. Freshers are also welcome to apply.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handling inbound in-situ, telephonic, e-mail & social media-based queries of the company's clients (teachers & students)
  • Resolve issues in conjunction with the technical team.
  • Cross-sell / up-sell to the company's existing clients (teachers), under the supervision of the Operations Coordinator.
  • Maintain relevant databases and generate MIS as required for analysis.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good verbal communication skills in Hindi & Marathi.
  • Ability to listen, empathize and analyze.
  • Good problem-solving and 'people' skills.
  • Enthusiasm to achieve the organization's goals.
  • Ability to thoroughly understand the brand, its product & services.
